We had a plentiful breakfast with fresh pastries and local specialties and the coffee out of a machine served. This hotel was located in a central area really close to the centre of the old town of Palma with great shops 

The room was spotless and complete with a bidet. Marvellous location, we were really close to centre of the city.

Gorgeous, fairly clean place, worth its 4 stars. The room is modern, and the stuff is excellent. Every time we stay in Palma de Mallorca, like to stay here.

Its location was indeed unbeatable and only 5 minutes walk from a Gothic Roman Catholic cathedral. The staff was genuinely helpful and customer-facing all that time. The room was nicely furnished, with a view.

This is a hotel go-to for Palma de Mallorca! Don't hesitate to order continental breakfast as it's generous.

Everything was perfect during 7 days, liked its magnificent location next to the old quarter of town, the centre of old Palma, and the spectacular cathedral. The breakfast was plentiful and generous with local products, and the staff were customer-facing. 

Had very very good stay for a first visit to Palma. The location was magnificent and unbeatable - minutes from restaurants and bars. There were a cathedral and a palace minutes from the hotel.

The great location was not too far from Parroquia de Sant Jaume. The staff were amazingly nice and friendly. The room we had included central heating, a work desk, and a TV with satellite channels.

I had a very enjoyable stay at a hotel in a great location. The courtyard area was beautiful, with impressive columns and a stunning staircase. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious.
